My recent stay at the Star of the Sea B&B was absolutely incredible. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the relaxing patio. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, making me feel right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable, providing me with brochures and suggestions of places to visit. The energy and kindness of the owners truly made me feel like part of the family. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices even for someone with gluten issues like myself. The bed was exceptionally comfy, allowing me to have a restful sleep. The property itself was stunning, with a quiet and serene atmosphere. The Star of the Sea B&B is definitely a place I would highly recommend, and I can't wait to visit again.

The weather in September in Halifax was unpredictable, and I found myself feeling a little cold during my stay. They had other guests arriving who were given the room I had originally booked, resulting in me having to take a different room and use a cot for my son.

This hotel has it all! The cleanliness is outstanding, and the facilities are well-maintained. Transportation was no issue, and the hotel provided parking right outside the door. The location is serene, surrounded by nature and featuring stunning views of the ocean. The breakfast was a highlight for me – huge portions and delivered right to my room, where I could enjoy it while admiring the amazing ocean vista. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful home overlooking the harbor! The location was great, just a short drive to downtown. The hosts, Tom and Eva, were fabulous and provided excellent suggestions for things to do. The breakfasts they served were absolutely delicious and delivered right to our room. The view of the bay and Halifax/Dartmouth from our room was breathtaking. The room itself was comfortable and well-designed. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing stay.

This hotel is a luxurious haven of peace with exclusive amenities. The private facilities were perfect for a relaxing retreat. The outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area were a wonderful addition to the experience. Service was impeccable, with in-room breakfast and BBQ facilities available. The location was ideal, with easy beach access and stunning views.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the weather. While this hotel provided a heated swimming pool, it was too cold to take advantage of it.

The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the wildlife around us. The hosts were very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

The location was a bit inconvenient as it took us almost 30 minutes to get to the places we wanted to visit. there were some mix-ups with the room reservation which made our stay a bit stressful.

The pool and deck area were the best parts of my stay. It was great to have a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day out and about. The view from the pool was also breathtaking! Another great aspect of my experience was the amount of recommendations and suggestions for local places to visit. It really helped me get a feel for the area.

My room was not up to my expectations. The bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled a bit musty.

I recently stayed at this charming B&B overlooking the ocean on a high hillside. The location was absolutely stunning and I spent hours gazing out of my room's window, enjoying the view of boats passing by and the delightful wildlife, including birds, chipmunks. The room itself was immaculately clean and the breakfasts were made to order, delivered directly to my room, and truly delicious. The innkeepers were delightful and the pool, perched like an infinity pool overlooking the sea, was definitely worth noting. It was a picture-perfect spot for a luxurious and relaxing stay, only a short drive away from downtown Halifax. Eva, one of the innkeepers, was kind and provided excellent suggestions for things to do. She also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. All in all, I would highly recommend Star Of The Sea B&B.
