I loved waking up to the stunning sunrise views and the serene sound of seabirds while enjoying freshly made breakfasts in our room. The outdoor sun terrace was a great spot to relax with a book, and the garden area provided a peaceful retreat. It would have been nice to have an indoor breakfast space to gather with friends, but that didn't take away from the overall joy of our stay. 🌅

Couples seeking tranquility
We thoroughly enjoyed waking up every morning to the breathtaking sunrise views from our room. Also, enjoyed spending time on the deck with a glass of wine while watching the sailboats pass by, such a peaceful vibe.
It was a bit pricey but worth every penny.

gorgeous ocean views, unique converted chapel architecture, delightful outdoor deck with wildlife
A tighter parking situation for larger vehicles could be challenging!!! No air conditioning left us relying on a ceiling fan with open windows. not always a comfortable option!!! It would be nice to have an indoor breakfast area!!!

A coastal beauty with unforgettable views
Star of the Sea B&B is a beautifully converted chapel with stunning ocean views. The delicious breakfasts served daily to our room were a highlight, and the hosts, Eva and Tom, were exceptionally welcoming.
While we had a fantastic experience, the lack of communal breakfast seating may not suit those who enjoy mingling with other guests.

Star of the Sea B&B is a stunning converted chapel with breathtaking views of the Halifax harbor. The room, a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View, was spacious, clean, and had a small kitchen area, making it cozy and accommodating. Each morning, I eagerly anticipated the delicious breakfasts delivered right to my door. The food was beautifully prepared, adding to the charm of my stay. One downside was the lack of communal dining space for breakfast. It would have been nice to enjoy meals together with others rather than alone in my room. A ceiling fan helped with comfort, but the absence of air conditioning might be a concern during warmer months. The owners, Eva and Tom, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The infinity pool, overlooking the sea, looked inviting although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. Overall, I cherished my time at Star of the Sea with its unique atmosphere and stunning views, but the breakfast setup could be improved for those who enjoy social interactions.

The location is stunning, set in a converted chapel with spectacular ocean views. I enjoyed my cozy room featuring huge original windows letting in plenty of natural light. Each morning, I savored a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast delivered right to my room, which was a fantastic way to start the day.
The absence of communal breakfast seating may not appeal to those who prefer socializing with other guests.

10/10
Wakin' up to the breathtaking sun risin' over the harbor was somethin' else! The peace and quiet made it easy to unwind at the end of the day. Those freshly cooked breakfasts sent right to our room were a treat. Now, the only thing was the tight parking arrangement for us drive a big ol’ SUV.

The views are breathtaking, and Eva and Tom's hospitality is second to none. We indulged in amazing, freshly cooked breakfasts that were bursting with flavor. The serene location definitely made our stay memorable.
A little more emphasis on finding the office would be helpful, as we wandered into some private areas looking for assistance.
